Congressional Democrats have abandoned their goal of tying an Iraq troop withdrawal deadline to a critical war spending bill–just like everyone knew they would.

The DFL has failed again! So predictable, yet so funny!

The Democrats were doomed to fail. The fact that they had to load up the first war spending bill they sent to the President with billions in pork-barrel spending to gain support from fellow Democrats was evidence enough. But the reality is that the Democrats are spineless and have no real principles other than the desire to pander to any group that makes enough noise. In this case, it was the rabid anti-war crowd.

Nobody likes war. In a perfect world there would be no war. In a perfect world, Democrat-voting strongholds wouldn’t be shooting galleries and cesspools of crime and violence. But we are not living in a perfect world.

Even if we ignore for the moment the fact that most Democrats believed that Saddam Hussein was a threat and that many prominent Democrats supported the Iraq invasion, the reality is that we are there. And if we leave Iraq because of some silly, arbitrary deadline that the Democrats insist on to appease a vocal, yet irrational base, all hell will break loose.

What do the Democrats think will happen if we pullout at a specified date? Do they think peace will break out? Do they think that Al Qaeda will stop murdering innocent civilians? Do the Democrats believe that the radical Islamists will abandon their goal of enslaving the Iraqi people in a repressive Islamic state?

It is quite possible that Democrats and, in particular, their liberal base believe such nonsense. Liberals may believe that because deep down in their hearts they believe that America is responsible for all that is bad in the world.

Liberalism is not rooted in logic. If liberals were a logical group, they would realize that what is happening in Iraq is symptomatic of what is happening all over the globe. Radical Islam is on the march. In Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, and elsewhere, the radical Islamists are using a bastardized version of their religion in conjunction with terrorism as a tool to further their political goals; which, if you haven’t noticed, is to install a worldwide caliphate.

If the United States of America leaves Iraq prematurely, the terrorists will win. They will use terrorism and brutality to enslave the people. Then, Al Qaeda won’t just have a few thousand fighters in their army. They will conscript the Iraqi populace resulting in an army of millions.

Would we rather fight a few thousand terrorists now, or pull out of Iraq as the Democrats want and fight millions of terrorists tomorrow?

This is just another example of what dirty frauds and liars the Democrats are. They knew all along they didn’t have a chance for a ridiculous troop withdrawal deadline. But they played politics to appease their liberal base. The Democrats played games until the end, wasting precious time and resources that they could have been using to do the work of the people. Democrats ignored the many to pander to the few.

I’ve been reading posts online from people who seem to be under the impression that Hillary Clinton “cares about America”.

Where do they get this nonsense? Are people really that stupid?

What Hillary Clinton cares about is herself. She cares about her fame, her glory, and her place in history. And she will do and say anything to anyone to achieve her political goals. She is as phony as they come. Come on, she’s stayed married to a lying, cheating husband for 35 years for what reason?

These days, Hillary Clinton is staunchly opposed to the war in Iraq. Four years ago she was staunchly for the war in Iraq. But, that is just Hillary Clinton. Nevermind the consequences of your plans, just say what your audience wants to hear. Is that caring about America?

Of course, in typical Democrat fashion, Hillary is proposing all sorts of new social spending like her cockamamie “universal healthcare” plan. Do people not realize that socialized medicine has been a failure all over the world? Do they not know that the high taxes to pay for socialized medicine are largely responsible for the pathetic economic performances and high unemployment rates in Germany and France?

Just a year ago I was reading news articles about people in Great Britain seeking out private practice dentists because the government-run dental care was so bad. Yet Democrats insist that government-controlled healthcare is the answer.

The fact of the matter is that it is easy for anyone to promise to take money from those with insufficient numbers to have a voice and redistribute that money to those who didn’t earn it. Anyone can do it. I can do it, you can do it. Private property rights be damned! It’s truly sad that so many millions of Americans are gullible enough to believe this garbage. It doesn’t mean you care about America.

Why work for something if the Democrats will give it to you for free? Right?

We all know that Hillary Clinton spent most of her life riding her husband’s coattails and has little personal or professional accomplishments of her own. But despite her lack of accomplishments and experience, Ms. Clinton has attained positions that leave most sensible people scratching their heads and wondering: how did she do it?

In 1976 Hillary Rodham Clinton joined the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she apparently specialized in intellectual property law. In 1979, after only three years at the firm, she was made full partner. Amazing with such little experience one can be made full partner, huh? She must have been one outstanding attorney, right?

Well, it just so happens that her husband Bill Clinton was elected governor of Arkansas in 1978. So right after Bill becomes governor, she is made full partner. With only three years of work experience, no less.

This isn’t the only amazing feat in Hillary Clinton’s career. Ms. Clinton also served on the board of directors for two Arkansas-based corporations, Walmart and TCBY, during the period of 1985 – 1992. This is a woman who has no business education or experience, barely a decade of professional experience as a lawyer, and she sits on the board of directors for two prominent corporations. How did she do it?

Simple: Hillary Clinton benefited from her husband’s position as governor. The obvious reason why she would be made full partner of a law firm and sit on the boards of two large corporations despite no relevant experience is that these companies were hoping to gain political favors from her husband. How else could a woman with no experience rise so high so quickly?

See how dirty these Democrats are? They rail against big business, they criticize political corruption, but when it comes down to it, it is the Democrats who are the dirtiest frauds and liars of all.

If you think it’s right to steal money from those who work hard for it because you are too lazy to make something of your life, you might be a Democrat.

If you look at others who are more successful than you with jealously and rage, you might be a Democrat.

If you worship multi-millionaire lawyers who wouldn’t cross the street to spit on you just because they promise to give you more welfare freebies, you might be a Democrat.

If you think that giving people free cash and free housing is a good way to encourage people to become self-sufficient, you might be a Democrat.

If you believe that having five children with five different fathers all the while relying on welfare to support everyone is a good idea, you might be a Democrat.

If you think it is a good idea reward a welfare mother with increased welfare payments with every illegitimate child born, you might be a Democrat.

If you prefer to hide behind the apron strings of a union instead of working hard and rising through the ranks, you might be a Democrat.

If you are significantly below average in academic achievement, you are most likely a Democrat.

If you believe having more money magically makes people more intelligent, you might be a Democrat.

If you think raising taxes and taking money out of a consumer-driven economy during a recession is a good way to stimulate the economy and create jobs, you might be a Democrat.

If you think murderers, rapists, and career criminals should be treated with dignity and respect and believe that fetuses are nothing more than tissue to be chopped up and discarded, you might be a Democrat.

If you claimed that Saddam Hussein was a threat with WMDs as far back as 1997 then pretend that you never said those things today, you might be a Democrat.

If you say one thing to one group and say the exact opposite to another group, you might be a Democrat.

If everything you say is incoherent and completely lacking logical soundness, you might be a Democrat.

If you get excited over meaningless platitudes and flowery speeches, you might be a Democrat.

If you are a convicted felon, you most likely are a Democrat.
