Democrat-Controlled New Orleans Returning To Normal
New Orleans, a city run by Democrats and overwhelmingly populated by Democrats, is returning to normal. Normal for a Democrat-voting community is sky-high crime and violence!

In all fairness, crime was high in New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina devastated the city, just as it is in every Democrat stronghold. So why is this newsworthy when it wasn’t before? Democrats will use this publicity as a method of getting more taxpayer money so they can lavish miscreants with more welfare benefits, most likely.
Too bad these Democrat morons don’t realize that it is the welfare system which rewards laziness and irresponsibility that is largely to blame for the societal destruction plaguing every Democrat community in America.
Compare middle-class Republican voting strongholds versus Democrat strongholds at the community level. Which has the higher crime and violence? Which is peaceful and prosperous? Which is characterized by well-kept homes and manicured lawns? Which is characterized by litter-strewn streets and graffiti everywhere?
There is no doubt that the Democratic Party and their loyal voters are directly responsible for rampant crime and violence plaguing Democrat communities. And with academic achievement so dismally low in DFL strongholds, it isn’t likely the voting populace is going to come to its senses any time soon. If they are too dumb to read beyond an eighth-grade level, they aren’t smart enough to make a wise decision at the polls.
Don’t expect Democrat politicians to say anything about this, either. The last thing they want to do is alienate their loyal welfare-loser voting base–no matter how many thousands of Democrat voters are senselessly murdered every year.
Convicted felons, murders and rapists, welfare losers, skidrow drunks–the DFL needs every vote it can get.

Your world totally revolves around political parties, doesn’t it. Sorry, in the real world, things don’t work that way. People deal with problems based on what their assets allow then to accomplish. If you have assets, you get your house sheetrocked. If you are middleclass, you charge the sheetrock, get in debt, and have your house sheetrocked. If you are poor or elderly, you buy a piece of sheetrock and put it up and wait until you can buy your next piece. Thanks to the help of church groups and other volunteers taking up the slack of incompetent government, maybe these elderly poor can be back in their homes before they die from the stress. Are they republicans or democrats? Who knows and truthfully, who cares. Government on the right and the left has failed its own citizens. That is the only lesson you need to know from Katrina.

Nonsense. The government helps no one and is only a hinderance.
The role of the government should be to create a framework that protects freedom and liberty and allows people to achieve or fail based on their merits.
People–able bodied adults–should be responsible for themselves. Watching all those Democrat voters in New Orleans begging “help us now, help us now” made me sick to my stomach. But this begging for handouts is very typical of Democrat communities, isn’t it?
In other areas devastated by Hurricane Katrina, people pulled themselves up by their bootstraps and pitched-in to assist with clean-up. Not in New Orleans, though. They were begging for handouts at every turn. Hell, Mexican migrant workers were flooding in to do the work that the New Orleans Democrat voters were too lazy to do!
Handicapped and elderly are a different matter, entirely. New Orleans was filled with able-bodied adults who not only couldn’t take care of themselves, but who looted everything in sight.
The only people who failed were the ones begging for handouts.
